The work completed included complete redecoration of bedrooms, installation of wardrobes, renewing bathrooms, new flooring (tiles/engineered wood), resurfacing an extension roof, installation of new garden fences, and relocation of the boiler. We remained in the building whilst the work was being carried out. All the workers were kind and considerate to our needs, making sure we were always happy and our inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum whilst they were carrying out their work. Work was carried out promptly, to a extremely high standard, and and the worksites were left clean and tidy at the end of every work day. The communication throughout the project was great, and we were always well informed about what was being done, and what was going to happen next. No request was ever considered too much. They would go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable in helping making crucial design decisions. I have no hesitation recommending North Star and will definitely be using them again in our future building projects. ** UPDATE May 2026: Following on from the previous interior work North Star did in 2023, we were very happy to invite them back to do the exterior work including a new patio, driveway and landscaping the garden. As expected, the work was completed to their usual extremely high standard. Everyone on site worked extremely hard and tried to get as much done as they could each day. No time was wasted. The whole team was considerate and thoughtful whilst carrying out all their jobs. Again site was left as clean and safe as possible at the end of everyday. Any snags were quickly resolved, and the care provided after the work is completed is invaluable and reassuring. If I ever need anymore work done, North Star will always be my first port of call.
