Starting his career in electrical engineering, he built his foundation on site, developing strong technical knowledge and a disciplined, detail‑driven approach to construction.
He founded North Star Building Solutions to deliver projects to a higher standard, with a clear focus on quality, organisation, and doing the job properly, with no shortcuts. Leonard specialises in full project delivery, electrical installations, and inspection and testing in line with current UK regulations.
He oversees operations, project strategy, and technical compliance across all sites, ensuring every stage of the build is controlled, coordinated, and delivered to the standard expected from a premium contractor.
Known for his structured approach, reliability, and ability to maintain full control on site, Leonard ensures projects are delivered correctly, safely, and with a consistent level of quality from start to completion.
