Elson Rrodhe is the Deputy Director at North Star Building Solutions, overseeing project delivery and managing operations across all active sites. He leads daily coordination, programme management, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including high‑end residential and hotel projects, Elson brings strong technical knowledge and a disciplined, detail‑focused approach to every stage of the build. His leadership covers full oversight of site teams, health and safety, and overall project performance.
Since joining North Star, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, helping shape its direction and elevating delivery standards across all projects.
Known for his organisation, reliability, and calm, controlled approach, Elson ensures projects run smoothly from start to completion.
