Ilir Lika is a Site Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering residential and commercial construction projects. As one of the original members of North Star Building Solutions, he brings long-standing experience, deep technical understanding, and has played a key role in shaping the structure and standards that define the company today.
With a background in architecture and structural engineering, Ilir brings a rare level of technical versatility. His multi-disciplinary knowledge allows him to manage complex site challenges with confidence, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain full control over programme, coordination, and quality.
He oversees daily site operations, manages trades, and ensures all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. Known for his reliability, calm approach, and solution-focused mindset, Ilir keeps projects progressing smoothly from start to finish.
