NoulianTasiko, known as Lani, is a Site Manager with extensive experience delivering high‑quality residential projects. With a background as a master painter, he brings a strong focus on finishing, detail, and overall presentation  playing a key role in achieving the refined, high‑end standards expected across all North Star projects.

He oversees daily site operations, coordinates trades, and ensures all works are completed safely, on programme, and to a consistently high standard. Lani maintains strict control over quality, site organisation, and health and safety throughout every stage of the build.

Known for his attention to detail, consistency, and calm, structured approach, he ensures projects are delivered with strong site control and a premium finish.
